4) How to Enter (and earn extra entries)
To be eligible, a person must attend at least one Super Sunday open home on 18 January 2026 and provide valid contact details at sign-in (name + mobile and/or email).
Eligible participants then receive:
· 1 entry per open home attended on Super Sunday (verified via Lowe & Co open-home registers).
· +1 extra entry per Instagram post or reel on 18 January 2026 that:
o Shows a Super Sunday for-sale sign (photo of the sign or a selfie with the sign), and
o Tags @loweandcorealty.
You cannot win based only on social posts; at least one verified open-home attendance is required.

5) Social post rules (verification & content)
· Posts must be on Instagram Feed or Reels on 18 January 2026.
· The participant’s account must be public at counting time or, if private, the participant must DM a screenshot of the post on request (showing handle and caption with the required tag).
· Content must be the participant’s own, lawful, and not offensive, misleading, or infringing third-party rights, all as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion.

6) UGC permission (future marketing use)
By posting with the required tag, participants grant the Promoter a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit and publish their post (image/video and caption) to promote Super Sunday and future Lowe & Co marketing, crediting the handle where practicable. Participants warrant they have the necessary rights/consents (including for any clearly identifiable individuals; do not include identifiable minors without parent/guardian consent). Participants may request removal from future use on reasonable notice; existing posts/shares may remain.

7) Entry recording & draw method
· Open-home entries come from Lowe & Co sign-in registers.
· Social entries come from @loweandcorealty tag searches and participant DMs/screenshots.
· All valid names and/or Instagram handles are collated into one register (spreadsheet). Duplicate entries are permitted (no fixed entry cap; fair-play rules apply).
· A random electronic draw (e.g., verified randomiser/spin-wheel) selects one (1) winner from all valid entries.

8) Winner notification & verification
· If a name is drawn, the Promoter will contact the person via mobile/email.
· If an Instagram handle is drawn, the Promoter will DM to request full name and contact details and verify at least one open-home attendance.
· The winner must respond within 5 working days of first contact and may need to provide proof of identity/eligibility. Failure to respond/verify in time may result in a re-draw.

9) Privacy (Privacy Act 2020)
· We collect your name, contact details and/or Instagram handle to administer entries, verify open-home attendance, conduct the draw, contact the winner, and manage reasonable publicity. We may contact you via DM solely for verification and prize fulfilment.
· Personal information is handled under the Privacy Act 2020 and our Privacy Policy (https://www.loweandco.nz/legal/). We retain draw records for up to 180 days, then securely delete them (unless required by law). You may request access to or correction of your information.

10) Publicity
· By accepting the prize, the winner consents to reasonable publicity (first name, suburb and/or Instagram handle) without further payment. If publicity is declined, the Promoter will respect that and record the win internally for audit.

11) General
· The Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, ineligible, offensive, fraudulent, bulk-generated or that attempt to circumvent these Terms.
· The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion (including the draw) if required by law/safety or events beyond its control, using reasonable efforts to notify participants.
· To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss (incl. consequential loss) arising from the prize or this promotion, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence. These Terms do not limit non-excludable rights under NZ law (incl. the Consumer Guarantees Act).
· No purchase necessary beyond attending at least one open home. Internet/data charges may apply. Instagram/Meta do not endorse or administer this promotion.
· New Zealand law applies; NZ courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

12) Regulatory note (Gambling Act 2003 — sales promotion scheme)
